Does anybody drink protein shakes, I think I might start drinking them, but I dont want them to kick my indigestion up any. Anybody know anything?

all i know is that i was drinking ensure for a long time trying to put some weight on and it was causing really bad chest pain and tightness. glucerna, (sugarfree ensure) did the same thing. i'd be careful with the shakes especially if they contain milk ingredients. but of course, why not try one and see if it affects you personally. it's the only way to know - we all have different bodies and reactions. my best to you.

thats what im trying to do is gain a little weight, but I do have pretty bad indigestion , so I dont know if it will be worth it
