I have this weird pain and i can only describe it as being in the middle of my head like its behind my nose above my tonsils, its like an ache but sometimes i get sharp pains there aswell, my eyes water sometimes and i get sharp pains behind them aswell, i usually wake up with a headache in the morning - i know this is probably all sinus related but i want to know why my ears echo when i strain my eyes even slightly or even close my eyes tight... you know that noise when you yawn u get in ur ears? thats what its like...

If anyone has any ideas it would help - i had mri cos i had other sharp pains around my head etc - cam eback clear - ent has gave me spray said i may need sinus surgery in 2 months but didnt tell me what could be wrong....
