My girlfriend has been popping these zit-like bumps on my scalp for a week or so, they have been there for a few years on and off and i cant seem to get them to go away. i shower at least once a day somtimes more. i am a very clean person so this is driving me crazy, the bumps are very very very sore and when she pops them, a light yellow puss comes out, nothing solid, just the puss. a scab will form and become sore as well but there are maybe fifty of them on the top-back of my scalp. What can i do about this... is this folliculitis... PLEASE HELP ME!!!! thanks for your time

Sure sounds like it. When I had it the doctor gave me a round of Keflex (antibiotic) and it cleared right up.
