I have very strong legs and lately i've been working on toning my leg muscles. I've been doing the leg machines where with one you push the bar down and the other you push it up to work both the front and backs of your theighs. ( i don't know the names :-x ) are there any workouts that will help tone my inner and upper theighs?? ANY advice will help! thanks :)

lunges, lunges, and more lunges. Although I hate them they really do work. You could also try squats. Good luck
