Every week in the winter so far i have gotten a sore throat that lasts 1-2 days, and then it goes away with no other cold symptoms around it. Is this strep?

Also in the fall I would have a runny or stuffed up nose pretty much every day. This all started when i was diagnosed with t1 diabetes.

I have posted this question before but nobody ever answers :confused:
