Does anyone know of a good kickboxing video that involves contact with a punching bag? I'm looking for more of an instructional than an actual routine. I have found plenty of "aerobic" kickboxing videos, but none of them involve any contact, with the exception of the Tae Bo Full Contact Intro, and even that involves very little contact (maybe 1/3 of the workout). Anybody know of any good videos? Thanks.
