to cut a long story short, I have an extended stomach [as a teenager] and I'm a size 8 womens jeans, so I am not fat in any other part of my body.
I've been dieting and exercising for months and it hasn't reduced my stomach, I came on here and let everything out in a long post and someone said they had the exact predicament as me, and what they done was eat fruit, vegetables and skinless chicken breasts for a month and the stomach went. I want to try the same thing but the only problem is my parents won't let me as they'd think I'm mad, so I don't know when and how to do it? Should I move away in the summer for a month in order to do it? I'm stuck for ideas on how to get away for a month in order to be able to cook for myself what I want when I want.
