I had this problem about, maybe, a year ago. Now it is back. I will try to give all details.. I have recently had a bunch of mucus that I have been having to cough up. Its pretty thick and doesn't really want to come up. I was on Flonaze but quit and have been taking it again because of allergies for the past week or so. Sometimes when I try to talk it feels like I am choking on the right middle side of my throat, also the muscle is tight there. I do have muscle relaxers but that only takes care of the muscle being tight, not the choking feeling. I had my throat stretched and after a while it seemed to go away. I don't want to have it done again because it seems like I will have to contiually have to do it. Any advice on what I should do, it gets pretty scary sometimes...
thanks
