I was wondering if masturbating (or just ejaculating in general ) daily or twice daily can interfere with bodybuilding progress? Does it have any negative affects on the body as far as lessening the amount of testosterone in the body, or proteins, etc etc. thanks

Testosterone levels do drop quite a bit after ejaculation but nothing substantial. I would just make sure to not masturbate or have sex 2 hours prior or post workout if your worried about testosterone loss. Proteins are lost... but only a tiny tiny bit.

After ejaculation guys feel physically tired, and therefore probably unmotivated to go workout. But other than that, protein and testosterone losses from ejaculation are so minimal that there is really no effect on the body's ability to build muscle.
