I am 17 and have been developing muscles for the past couple of years. I am a skinny person but have managed to put on some good tone and muscle. But I dont have the body that I want. I want to have a broader chest and shoulder structure and small but built middle. What are some things i can do, excersises? Fitness? please advise.

How long have you been lifting weights continiously?? Also what is your weight and height.
