People, give this cure a try. I guarantee you it works. I take two table spoons after meals or a pill of vinager and a moment later I feel better.
It costs only 3 dollars the bottle.
I tried every pill doctors gave me and nothing. NOw, I spend only 3 dollars a month. and the benefits, are priceless.
Good luck

I was scared to try this but now I'm glad I did. And then, after I tried it, I read some posts on here that scared me into stopping it... So I stopped and within a couple days, felt horrible. So I gave in, took a little sip and BAM! I felt better. I think I might have been taking too much in the beginning so now I just use a smaller drink of it at meal times. I don't get the burning tongue or throat anymore that I had when I was on PPIs or Zantac.
I know...This doesn't work for everybody, but it's worked for a lot of people. It seems odd to add acid to a situation where acid seems to be the problem...but let's say low acid is causing symptoms. Doesn't it seem just as odd to take away more acid? And yet we don't question taking a medicine for it.

In order to be more effective, take digestive enzyme. Just make sure that the enzyme has Betaine Acid. Good luck

Do you take apple cider vinegar in a pill form? Or do you drink it?
You post said to take ACV with Mother, but you did not mention what you meant by mother.
Is the pill an apple cider vinegar pill or a vinegar pill?
Thanks

I have used the capsules in a pinch, but I wouldn't use them on a regular basis. Totally my opinion, but I think they would be too strong...not to mention missing the mother, etc...

Yes I am just trying apple cider vinegar and it is making a huge difference in my life!!!! I have been able to not take my Pantaloc for 6 days now, and usually I could only go up to 3 days without it without feeling heartburn. But I have also had chronic diarhea as well for almost 10 years, and I take digestive enzymes, mineral supplements, probiotics, and ThreeLac, and the apple cider vinegar has enabled me to eat foods with gluten (grains) without getting diarhea!!!! This is a major breakthough for me. I have been struggling with chronic diarhea for years! The apple cider vinegar seems to be enabling my body to digest food again, and now I have well formed stools, and it is a dark color for the first time in years (instead of that yellowy color). Sorry this is so graphic but that's really the way to describe. it.
I had a hiatal hernia which is why the Pantaloc. I am so glad to be able to get off the Pantaloc finally. I saw naturopath and he said I take way too much medication for my age (42). And at that time I was taking 3 different medications. My doctor said I could not have a baby till I got off all the medications. I am finally making progress!!!! I feel so much better now! The best in years, and I am finally able to eat some of my favorite foods every once in a while without having that fear I will get sick.

Congratulations Genie. You sound so excited and happy. I am just starting to get my GERD symptoms, but know that it can get better from all of the great words I read from all of you.

That is the brand of the vinager.
I have tried apple cider vinager without the mother and for some reason it does not feel the same.
Pills also work, but take them before eating.
Read the book, "Natural Cures". It does provide some suggestions regarding that issue.
Good luck.
