I use a fabulous liquid called Joint Movement Glucosamine with Chondroitin + MSM that I get at Walgreens drug store. $20 bucks for 16 ounces and you use two tablespoons per day. Has done remarkable things for me and increased my mobility hugely! Made by Symtec. I have tried pills and they do not work near as well for me. Best of luck to you all!!!

After 3 surgeries (arthroscopic on knees, 2 on left and 1 on right) I take celebrix 1x a day(in the morning). I have found that it makes a real difference when I take glucosimine chrondroitin with MSN and Omega 3. If I forget to take those two things at lunch, I have a hard time walking up the two flights of stairs to get to my 3rd floor condo after work. (No elevator - bummer)I also started walking everyday in hopes of loosing some weight to releive my knees. Am up to 3.5 miles after dinner. This seems to be strengthening my muscles, which takes some of the pressure off my knees. Good luck to you. :>)

Dear Stan
So glad you feel better. You aren't cured, though. Arthritis does not get cured! You just get some relief. Good for you!
