I think Denise Austin presents good fitness shows. She combines stretching, yoga, aerobics and some light weight training within her workouts. What I can't figure out is why she never turns her backside to the camera...the glutes are a muscle just like the arms, back, thighs, etc. When she works these areas, the camera now and then, zooms in but she never turns around. I wonder why?
