hey, i'm new to this board, pretty cool,

anyways i got a couple of questions about working out, i'm 18, been working out a couple of times a week for a few years now, i'm not big, 160lbs

well i want to know how to get more ripped, i have to admit i don't eat too healthy, fast food and crap like that, i was eating healthy for a while, but now i can't really stand it lol, so you guys know any foods to feed my apitite that's not crappy health ype food,

also you guys know any other tips that will help me get more ripped, i don't really want to get any bigger, but you know
i also drink alot of water, i mean a ton, if i drink too much does my stomach like retain it, turn to fat or something, ( i sorta notice more fat when i drink a lot)

well thanks in advance, i know its a lot of questions, but please help me out.

You won't get lean eating junk... if that were possible then there would be far fewer "un-lean" people around.

No. But, if you're eating a lot of junk food, which is very high in sodium, you will be much more likely to retain water. One of the common places to bloat is between the skin and the muscle, which is what can create an apperance of fatness.
