Hi there!

I have been power walking for almost 10 years. Motivation can be tough! In TX our summers are hot, and winters can be wet. It's all in the head, I think. In the summer, I walk at 6am before work, and in the winter, as soon as I get home in the evening. If I give myself one moment's fleeting thought that I don't want to go - I won't! I really have to force myself somedays. It would be easier if I had someone to go with.

Also, I have ordered Walk Away the Pounds videos, for days when the weather just doesn't permit. It's a walking workout you do in your living room. Hope this helped.
