Hello everyone,

I was wondering if it was possible to lose 10lbs in 30 days while firming or toning the body at the same time. Do I have to do cardio to lose the weight? And can anyone recommend a good meal plan?

Thanks in advance to any replies,

Weight Watchers is the best in my opinion. you can join on line if you don't have time to go to the meetings.

Cardio at least 30-40 min 3 or 4 times a week. Along with some light weight training. They do have some tapes out there that use light weights with the cardio.

It is not healthy to lose too quickly.

The weighing machine may indicate you have dropped 10lbs...
....but be aware, it is unlikely that the weight loss is composed of anything more than 3 or 4 pounds of actual adipose tissue(body fat)
