I recently learned of a new exercise program called T-Tapp developed by Teresa Tapp. It sounds really great and I was wondering if anyone had any experience with it or has even just heard of it.

Thank you.

Momof3,

I came to the board looking for someone who'd actually tried the T Tapp exercise with success. I'm going to see if I can find the magazine that featured the program. First time I'd ever seen or heard of it. I'll come back and post any info I find.

Thanks for the reply.

The program seems very interesting and the success stories sound great! I checked out the website at T-tapp.com and it gave even some more moves. She has this entire system, that I can't afford right now, I am going to start with these moves. It says start with 4 days in a row, I got to 3 and did only half the 4th day, I am just going to do it every day. I mean, what can it hurt? Let me know what you find out. Thanks

I found the magazine article and checked out the website. I too can't afford the videos. What I have done is download clips of Teresa doing the exercises and plan to use them to get started. Good luck with your workout and I'll keep you posted on mine.
