Hi Guys,
I am going to start a sugar free jelly diet soon.
I was wondering about the calories etc...is it claories or carbohydrates that need to be cut out for the weight to drop off? I know these sugar free jellys only contain 10-20 calories so this would be a great weight loss tool.
Has anyone tried this diet?
thanks xmex:blob_fire

Since you are from the UK, I am assuming when you say "jelly" you mean what we call "jello." Jello is what we call the congealed dessert food and jelly is the fruit stuff we put on toast.

Sugar-free? You might want to be careful of the aspartame. Anything sugar-free in my opinion is risky. It's usually always replaced with bad ingredients.

I'm with you. I am very sensitive to aspartame so I don't do any synthetic sweeteners.
