Is there such a thing?
Because here is what I'm thinking...
This morning (late morning) I had a big bagel with cream cheese, and tomatoes on it and a coffee. I later went to a movie and had some candy at the theater. For dinner I went out to sushi and had edamame, at least 10 pieces of sushi rolls, and miso soup. I was really full when I got home, but I was really, really craving something sweet - specifically fruit. So I had a big bowl of mango, a big apple. blueberries, strawberries, and a few cinnamon crackers.
Now I'm really full...but I almost think I NEEDED that fruit. I am so used to having a lot of fruit each day and the fact that I hadn't had any today probably fueled my craving. You don't think this was too much food? or fruit? Do you? I don't like days when I feel like I've eaten a lot AND I haven't exercised at all. How could I have improved this day?
