Yes a six pack.:D
But in all seriousness.I lost about 20lbs over the summer. And I feel better. But I have since stopped since school started. I still have fat and I want a leaner stomach.I'm Male/16/5'8/143lbs.Can someone recommend good exercises and a diet.I like eating.I won't lie.In fact I like eating unhealthy foods.Although I cut down on ice cream and chocolate and only eating them on occasion...I still eat chips a lot.In terms of exercising I have no clue where to start. I get tired easily ...so for the most part any exercising for me is walking and riding my bike(low-moderate pace).Should I do reps of crunches and what not?

honestly, you are tired due to the junk food you're eating. the types of food, chocolate etc, gives your energy a quick boost; with any boost the low side is low; hence your feeling of no energy.
you need to consider a diet change. if you cannot manage it, seek help from a professional/medic..
once you have a healthy diet, you can then consider exercise. there are many ways to exercise other than a gym -
sports
martial arts
tai chi
for example. the only way that youll lose weight and keep it off is if your income is less than your expenditure; i.e. your body activity (calories used) is more than food consumed (calories eaten). The trick is to balance them so you dont need to snack.

Cut the carbs. Carbs are often the culprit in belly fat - men or women.
