Sponsor Nice-T 08-15-2001, 01:07 PM ??? http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/confused.gif Dralem 08-15-2001, 01:33 PM Probably the same benefits as running or using an elliptical trainer. Cardio and lower body work, plus you get to swing your arms =P. Last time I in-line skated was a while ago(really long time ago), and I felt some lower back strain, but other than that I think it's a fun way to exercise and can be used as cardio. littlebit 08-16-2001, 08:42 PM http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/biggrin.gif greetings out there in sTONe mouNTAin http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/biggrin.gif i would b http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif if i could in _________ skate but i don't no how 2. i never had the chance 2 learn 2 roller skate or ice skate as a child http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/frown.gif. now i have a bad back and even though i bought some in _________ skates to teach myself i fear i will fall and really mess up my back. i no it will really help my legs out and it looks like a lot of fun 2 me. people r always in________skating out here.
