My hair is receding in the front.... and on the sides of the front..... a few inches....
Also.. my hair in the front is extremely thin...
In the back.. it is still strong...
Is this genetics?
What can i do to stop this.... and strengthen my hair?.... I bought nioxin......... what foods, vitamins, & minerals would help?

My hair has got extremely thin in the front too....
has anyone had thin hair for a long time in the front... or did it fall out right away????
