My university gym is very crowded Monday-Thursday, to the point where theres no reason to go. Saturdays the gym closes at noon so I am still asleep usually after it closes. So this leaves only fridays and sundays.
When I work out, I like to go all out. My question is whether I should just workout on sundays. Because if I worked out on Friday's, my muscles would still be sore and would need more time and thus couldnt go on sundays. I would much rather work out on sundays though because theres alot less people there then on fridays. I realize I can work different muscles on each day but Im referring to working out the same muscles.
