My stomach has been causing me a lot of problems lately. Certain things used to bother me that were rich in fiber, but now it seems that many of the foods I love are hard to eat. I can't have milk, certain dairy products, soy products, eggs, certain vegetables, certain fruits, potatoes, pizza, gingerbread, and too much whole grains. They all hurt my stomach so bad! Caffeine is also a new problem.. I have to use the restroom very quickly after having it and that used to never happen in the past. I'm trying to get into shape but my stomach is the problem area.. I get bloated after almost every meal. My stomach puffs out and gets smaller when I'm hungry and it's making me feel like my workouts are for nothing! I can't just stay hungry all day!! I eat the same foods all the time and I'm tired of it. I also retain a lot of water.. I had an energy drink that made me pee quite a lot (and made my stomach hurt terribly since I drank it too fast!) and I lost 3 pounds in a day. It happens easily. I'm of a young age and haven't had any health problems.

Can this be a mild case of IBS? Or do you all think it is something different? I just want to be able to figure out a way to stomach all of my stomach aches and bloating so I can eat normally and get my stomach looking good for the summer!
