So last night I woke up in the middle of the night and I could feel acid burning in my throat. It kept me awake because it hurt me so badly. This morning it felt the same, and I ate a banana, felt nauseated, and threw up. I did not throw up again although I still feel nauseated. I tried taking pepsin, but it is not working. I've been really stressed lately, and not getting enough sleep, so is this contributing to the acid reflux? I still have the burning sensation in my throat, and I've tried drinking milk but I just feel nauseated. Could the nausea/vomiting be caused by the acid, because I don't really have any other flu symptoms.
I feel hopeless.
This is just one more than for me to be worried about.

Try takind Apple Cider VInager after each meanl. IT will get rid of your problem. Or take it in pills. It does work.
I was sceptic at first, but after trying it, I got convinced that it works. Good luck.

You can try a few things. Digestive enzymes, papaya chewable tablets, alfalfa, or chlorophyll. Also try elevating your pillow at night. I stick a couple of folded up towels underneath my pillow.

Hi Misschicka 2006:wave: I have two suggestions, first try Prilosec OTC and the second suggestion is go get some ginger root pills. The ginger pills are where the vitamins are at, you can take up to six of them a day and the ginger helps settle your stomach. I know, I had acid reflux so bad one time everything I ate seem to make me sick, so may aunt suggested that I try it and within a month's time I could tell a big difference and I was able to eat again.
