Hello everyone, I'm new to the board so I thought I'd just introduce myself. My problem is such. I'm 6'3", 197 pounds, I've been working out for about 3 1/2 months at a local gym. I do cardio 4-5 days a week, I usually run a mile. My diet is decent, lots of water, etc, try not to have too much fatty foods. Here is my question. I recently picked up a mag by the name of Exercise and Health. They had a comparison article about different fat burners. They gave Hydroxycut a 5 star rating for effectiveness etc. However they didn't mention safety? It is a large concern of mine, I wouldn't ever take creatine or anything, however I currently take Designer whey protein. Is Hydroxycut safe? I am not overweight by any means. I don't need to lose weight, I need to lose the fat around my midsection that has plagued me for so long. So could anyone let me know about the safety of this product? I'm 17, will be 18 in a few days btw. Thanks.

Yeah, Ive read about it and tried it, it works pretty good , but Its just a quick fix. It takes the extra lbs but I usually get them back with it. I m not overweight or anything either, but I really dont work my abs. So, it does work, it is safe, but remember, its just a quick fix, try to do something for the long run, cardio first thing in the morning. Thatll make all the difference in the world.

Safe just as long as you obey the rules... Read the back carefully.. These stimulants have a great effect on the body.. Stay in the recommened dosage. Just want to add at your age you don't need any thermogenics.. You can do it on your own. Besides if you do deside to use it half the time the fat comes back..

Hydroxycut is excellent, its helped me really tone up and get in shape, I always had a bit of fat around my mid-section, and in conjunction with a new circuit training programme the weight just pored off and the muscle stayed where I put it!......

Like the other guys said its only a quick fix, but it gets the fat off, you just have to keep it off then by keeping up your training!...

Thats what I done nearly 3 mths ago, I was on it for 2 weeks, got rid of the fat and then just kept the fat off by training 4 times a week!
