In most body builders, I find that their chest is flat, and in good shape. I started workout 4 yrs back and i have built up good shape overall my body, but my chest is bulky and plump. Sometimes I feel shy to take out my clothes because of this. Can anyone suggest what sort of workout is required to flatten the chest and build up good shape ?
My work out routine for chest so far has been
Flat Bench press - 3 sets
Inclined up Bench press - 3 sets
Declined up Bench press - 3 sets
Dumbbell raise flat - 3 sets
Dumbbell raise inclined -3 sets

I don't know what bodybuilders you're looking at, but the *point* of all those chest exercises is to get a big, full, rounded muscle. If you want flat, you have to *stop* exercising.

Female body builders maybe, but I see your male so that is confusing. I agree, rounded shape is what they're going for.
