Hi I just started core secerts by Gunner Peterson and boy I feel it. I have the Fundamentals tape and Give Me 20. I would like to purchase more - has anyone done this program and what are the best tapes in the program?

is any equipment other than dumbells necesary for this?

You need handweights and a ball. Their beginning package is just 9.99 plus shipping and handling. They give you the ball, and the 2 videos I mentioned. However, then they enroll you in an automatic club and then the videos get really expensive. I quit before I had to pay for more videos. They have them much cheaper on auction sites. However i do like the program and wish someone else can reccomend which ones to progress too. Anyone?

I saw the videos at WalMart today too in the Fitness section (sporting goods) NOT in the video section.
