Well I would not do it because obviously if the man put it on then he was trying to keep you from getting pregnant.

I would think it's possible though.

Why would you do that? If he's using a condom, obviously he does NOT want a baby--not a good environment to bring a baby into. Anyway, I don't think the odds are high to get pregnant from it.

Yes that is very deceitful.... why would you want to create a baby out of that kind of situation?

It IS possible.

I'm sorry it happened, and I'm sorry if you are pregnant... it's a bad situation to be in... I don't envy you at all.

But most condoms have spermicide in them which will kill sperm. And it really depends on where you are in your cycle and how fertile you are.

The odds of becoming pregnant the first time (actually trying) are about 20% - and the best odds are about 2 days before to the day that you ovulate. However - under the best conditions the sperm can live for 7 days inside you. So if you ovulate within 7 days there is a chance.

It only takes one sperm - ejaculate contains about 40 million. Even if 3/4 of the little guys were killed by the spermicide or spilled that leaves 10 million... then there's the ones who survive the trek to the fallopian tube - could be about half of them so that's 5 million. Then there's the ones who make it to the right fallopian tube half again 2.5 million. Then if you HAVEN't ovulated the ones that survive the wait - and that really depends on your body chemistry but 3-7 days.

Something to think about anyway.
If you really want to get pregnant - it's expensive and you would really be better off doing it with a partner who WANTS to have a baby. I do understand that it was an accident.

I hope this scares some sense into you.

Polkboss, I suggest you get the emergency contraception pill (plan B) to prevent an unwanted pregnancy.

it sounds like as they were removing it it tipped over and spilled out. That's not so hard to believe.....

I agree with rose....and would you give Polk this hard of a time if she had just said 'the condom broke'? No, I doubt it.
Polk, I would recommend though that you check into another form of birth control if you don't want to be pregnant. What's that old saying...two heads are better than one? Well, so are two forms of birth control ;)

You are being very kind considering how rude some of these women are acting. I could tell from your first post that it was an accident. I would agree with the person that said you should get the day after pill (if that's still an option I don't know how long ago this was).

And the key is, when he, or you are removing the condom. Don't do it anywhere near your women parts. That way an accident doen't happen. Good luck. :)

\ No kidding............I would try the morning after pill to just to be safe. I believe it's about 35 dollars here in the states. Good luck
