:confused: ever since 4 this morning i cant stop throwing up and have non stop dierrriha(sp?) my whole body aches i want it to stop any ideas? my husband got me some sprite but i cant keep anything down. help

Oh I know this one!! Had the same thing a few weeks ago. It lasted about 12 hours with bad symptoms then after that it slowly subsided.. I threw up for 12 hours straight.. It was horrible It really has to just run it's course, but I drank very flat coke, took some emetrol anti nausea liquid you can find this at your drug store.. and for the most part didn't eat for a day except jello and gatorade after the vomiting stopped. And it will I promise it's horrible I know but you will feel better in less then 24 hours.. at least for me that's how it was.. Try sucking on ice cubes I did this so I wouldn't dehydrate even if you throw it up! I Hope you feel better soon..:)

Try Ginger Ale. That works better then Sprite.
