Hello,

Does anyone have any experince with this or know anything about it? Please post your comments.
Does it really make you lose weight?
How does it work?
Where do you get it?
Please,Please Post!

It's a source of ALA, alpha-linolenic acid, an essential fatty acid. It is mostly flax oil with sunflower and sesame making up the bulk of the rest.

You can get the same thing from 2 Tbsp. Canola Oil at a teeny fraction of the cost...but your requirements are FAR less than the 2 Tbsp. that UDO recommends.

Remember: 2 tablespoons of ANY oil adds about 250 calories to your diet, so it will make weight loss that much harder. Oils are not an aid to weight loss.

My opinion: UDO'S OIL is a ripofff.

If you are going to add an oil for cardiac health, make it 1 teaspoonful of fish oil...less than 50 calories and all the Omega-3's you need, and the RIGHT kind.
