hi
i am suffering fro OCD ,Lately i stopped the medication coz i found out that my doctor was giving me very strong medication and that he is famous of this wierd strategy to begin from the end!
i now have obsession over everything ,walking in street i imagine that something bad will happen ,when i go out to a new work i kept thinking that i will meet bad people ..inshort i reached the point that i stopped doing anything for fear of obsession.
the problem is that the ocd became harder and harder and kept thinking about old things ..i used to chat with my boyfriend 2 years ago and we used to use camera online ..now i get strange obsession that i maybe i left my cam opened and all people saw me because my pc was in my room .although am a very obsessive person and that seems hard to happenbut who cares
i know that this is silly but i feel this is the mose destructive obsession that ever came to me ..i keep thinking in terriable consequences to the point that i thout to commit suicide and get rid of my terriable life.
am supposed to be married soona and am thinking to cancel everything coz my obsession made me not interested in life anymore
i pray to god now to make me die !
i dont know what to do ..hope anyone can help me

What kind of medication were you on? It definitely sounds like OCD to me.

Oh dear, it sounds like OCD, you probably love life and that is why this is so horryfing to u to not be happy. You should seek immediate attention - maybe you should go to the hospital to get some help and they can refer you to a new dr.? You should always seek immediate help if you feel suicidal...

I agree with Purplegirl. You definitely need help and it does sound like OCD. I also question your doctors choice of meds, so a second opinion is probably in order. I would expect an antidpressant and an antianxiety medication that's it. You are on al kinds of stuff. I suggest you see another doctor and get a second opinion.
Also, meditation and cognitive behavioral therapy can really help with OCD. Look into both. they should provide you with some relief.
