I am sure you no longer need this info but just wanted to tell you or anyone here that if you ever have questions about a particular dosing, espescially in children and you cannot get a hold of your doc, just call your pharmacy.the pharmacists can be of help with dosing,in some cases, even better than some docs.there are also alot of 24 hour pharmacies around that you can call even in the middle of the night.even calling an ER can help in a pinch. If this is regarding a child, call a childrens hospital, they are just much better at estimating dosing requirements in children, espescially if they should happen to have some other medical problems in their history.

i was just in this situation wayyy back when my kids were really young, and at that time,i also didn't know what to do either.just some suggestions.FB

I second the advice on calling a pharmacist. Many pharmacies are open all night too so you can even call them after hours.
