This may kind of sound like a stupid question. here goes. I know that Af represents the 1st day of the next cycle though is this day considered also to be the last day of the previous cycle. In jan I got af on the 5th whereas in feb on the 3rd . If I count the 3rd feb as the last day of the cycle and the 1st day of the next it would mean I have a 30 day cycle. Whereas if I consider 2nd feb as the last day of the previous cycle it would be 29 days.
I ve just started recording BBT. Am I getting it right? Is it best to start Bd when the dip in temp is observed
