Hey there all of those who know what they are talking about regarding sinus problems. This is my story, for going on 16 days I have been battling a horrendous sinus problem. It started with a slight sore throat & then the next day I had pugged nose & headache. I started steaming & irrigating...immediately I was no longer plugged but I have a constant post nasal drip that when I spit it out(forgive me for the graphic language) it is either yellow or green has even been brown! I have had in the a.m. little streaks of blood. My headache is off & on but this dripping is all day. I have been trying my best to avoid taking an antibiotic, soooo....what do you all think...shall I concede & go to the Drs. or continue with my therapy? I will say today has been the best so far...haven't had to run to spit 8 billionx's today.

Get anti-biotics.

You have a sinus infection. Go to the doctor.

Avoiding antiobiotics when you have an infection like this one is not a good idea. You need to go and get this taken care of so that it doesn't become more serious.
