Hi, sorry for your pain. Sometimes after your gall bladder is taken out, there is residue stones or junk left in your bile ducts. The pain feels just like a gall bladder attack. Check with your doctor again and if that is the problem, there is a procedure called an ERCP that they can perform on you to remove the stuff. Good luck.

I find that if I eat ice scream or something very oily I will often have pain similar to what I had before GB surgery. If there is a correlation with this for you as well you could try to avoid those type of foods. Licorice is another thing I cannot eat.

I Had A Family Member Who Had The Same Problem After Gb Surgery, They Found Out Months Later, Months Too Late, That She Had Cancer Of The Pancreas. Same Story With A Co-workers Wife. The Symptoms Are The Same As Gall Blader Problems. Good Luck To You.
