I had deviated septum surgery 6 months ago, and I still feel a chronic ache in my sinuses. It is usually more acute in the morning. Are my sinuses still getting used to the increased air flow and as a result, tend to ache in certain kinds of weather (it is below 0 degrees where I live on a regular basis these days)? The aching causes headaches, so I am anxious to rid myself of the whole mess. Any thoughts? Or experiences which might help me out? cf
