Hello, This is my 2nd time posting similier posts. A couple of months ago my daughter started having a thick greenish discharge coming from her vaginal area, then started urinating blood, I took her to the pediatrican a few times, and the ER and they ran cultures(swabs) and said everything was normal for a girl.Just give her baking soda bathes.Well, It went away....Now I noticed on her panties the greenish discharge is back (staining her new panties)I asked her about it, and she stated that its only been a little bit,and her vaginal area hurts a little, then we use vasaline, and it stops hurting. Im wondering if shes wiping the wrong way again? Is a discharge normal in little girls??? My mind is going crazy. She is sooooo paticular about her panties and pants EVERY morning...I dunno. ANY help would be appriciated!!!!!!!

Has she ever seen a pediatric OB doc?a child her age really shouldn't be having this type of a discharge.there could be many many reasons for this, and some of them directly related to her reproductive organs.i think at this point it may be a good idea?it just doesn't really appear from what you have stated that any of her docs really knows what is actually causing this,an OB just has alot more in depth knowledge of these types of vaginal issues.she would definitely need a pediatric ob tho not one for other adult women, they are just better skilled in dealing with children.just a suggestion at this point in time.please keep us posted on how she is doing.i do hope you can get this figured out soon.marcia
