Hi there,
I realize that great abs are sometimes under the fat we have on top of them. so o.k loose the fat then work those abs. I've had two children and am having such a difficult time trying to tighten my lower abs (under bellybutton) area. It's very frustrating...I do alot of crunches but not sure what I'm doing wrong cause it won't take my 'pot' away. I'm seriously considering ordering an Rio Ems ab belt...similar to Ab Tronic. But first I need to know if they are effective. If they are perhaps I can do both the belt and my crunches to meet my challenge. Please if you have some experience here post. I'm at my wits end. After a year fighting this I'm considering a tummy tuck and really only as a last resort. Thanks bunches.
