has anyone tried or had success with metagenics neurocalm.
i am at point where i have to get handle on stress/anxiety etc but want to avoid meds. i have high cortisol levels and need to dampen my adrenaline etc down!

I have taken neurocalm before and didn't really find any difference in the way I feel. This is not to discourage you from taking it--if you want to give it a try, maybe it will work for you, I don't know. For me, I found valerian root to work better, but even still, that didn't work too much either. But good luck and let me know if you try it and how you feel.

I have found Neurton to be a drug that does do many Things. i started after a fall and seveloped RSd it helped the pain and an extra bonus it did help My anxiety.I still am on othrt drugs but I noticed after a few weeks that neuronnton was helping me also with Anxity.So it helped my cronic pain and my aniety.It can't husrt so give it a try if you want.
