This subject was really hot early on in 2001, but did anyone else have great results using this program?

They are regestering for the 2002 challenge already. I'm planning on getting in it and going in after my share of $1,000,000. wish me luck

if you don't know what i'm talking about, no im not an ad, no its not a gimmick, its basically about common sense, flat out honesty...RESPOND!

Well, I use Body-for-LIFE as a tool in my fitness lifestyle. I'm not trying for the contest (nor have I been since I've had the book many months now), I just use the information provided.

For example, the book provides a great way to get your mindset in the right place. Anytime I feel like I'm faltering I read Bill's words and I make sure to stay steadfast in my fitness.

In addition, the book provides a great basic dietary guide for putting together meals to see gains in muscle and losses in fat - and even provides and explains your free day. Ah, I love that day.

The exercises and well presented, and the format is great. Body-for-LIFE uses the intensity principle for cardio and weight training. For weight training, Bill employs a pyramid the weights policy - however due to my weight setup I cannot do this method very efficiently. Besides, I circuit train more often than not.

Body-for-LIFE is a great program that can show great results if it's stuck to rigidly. And to rigidly stick to this lifestyle change is not hard at all since you're changing your whole LIFE. It's worth a try if you're brand new to fitness and have access to what the program needs to follow to a T. Otherwise, Body-for-LIFE has many facets that can be used and employed by anyone seeking a better world to live in.

Oh, I don't have anything to do with the book =P by the way.
