Thinking of purchasing an elliptical trainer and need help. Do the ones with the handle bars that move for upper body workout really do much for the upper body? Is an incline adjustment important. I have been trying to decide between two models. One has incline adjustment but no moveable handlebars and the other has no incline adjustment but does have the moveable handlebars. I would really like to target my legs but didn't know if the incline really gave the legs a better workout or not. Thanks in advance for your help

I use an elliptical twice a week. It is easy on the knees and gives me a great workout. I would get the one with the moveable handles because the more bigger muscles you use (back, arms, etc.)the more calories, fat, etc. you burn. You can change the levels to make it harder instead of depending on the incline aspect. I have never used incline since I began using the elliptical machines at the YMCA where I work out. However, the handles, in my opinion, are a neccessitiy.
