I've been taking digestive enzymes supplements since two days ago, my uper stomach aches a lot, and I'm burping to much. Is becuase of the enzymes? I don't have bowel movements very often, also I'm having serious bad breath and body odor and thought enzymes would help me but seems the oposite any suggestions?

Try either alfalfa or chlorophyll. Both help with digestion as well as body odor. You can also try a probiotic. You may also want to try something to get rid of yeast build up in the body.

I agree with Alagesic. Try probiotics. I've been using Pearls brand (needs no refrigeration) twice a day instead of once.
Not sure what brand of enzymes you are using; I've been using acid ease (I think that's it I'll check on the name and get back to you if different). You can swallow the pills or break them open and dissolve in water for instant relief.
Good luck
