I thought I had a case of food poisoning this past Sunday and Monday, when I was consistently nauseous all night and ended up throwing up anything I tried to eat/drink. The first time I threw up was Monday morning, and it was about a half hour after I'd drank a glass of water. The vomit was light green and was definitely bile, and I threw up a lot of it in that moment. I started to feel better as the day went on but still couldn't eat much of anything, and then I felt pretty good the next day and thought I was in the clear.

However, Wednesday I felt nauseous again and had trouble eating, although I didn't throw up. Thursday I had diarrhea that was kind of weird looking, pale colored and just sat in a strange pile at the bottom of the toilet.. which I've never seen before. :dizzy: Today (Friday) I was feeling nauseous again, and while I didn't have more diarrhea I did have unusually pale stool, and I've had gas and felt bloated all day. I have no idea what's going on but I'm going to call my doctor on Monday if this continues over the weekend.

Any ideas of what this might be? There isn't much pain involved with this though occasionally this week I'll get a pain in my lower abdomen, might be gas-related. Maybe my stomach's trying to catch up from all the bile I threw up on Monday? I was able to eat decently towards the end of the day today and feel okay and slightly hungry now, albeit still gassy and bloated. I don't know.

If you have greyish, pale stool accompanied by nausea and whatever else, your best bet would be to talk with your doctor. It isn't necessarily anything bad, but it's better to get checked out because in some cases, grey stool can point to other things.
