Try some orajel it might help relieve the pain. And maybe you might want to see a dentist if it persist. BTW, I hate toothaches.

What kind of ear problems are you having? I have developed tinitus in my right ear, it is a side effect that can develope from Buspar, actually that doesn't bother me too much, it did at first, but now I'm getting used to it. My right ear also has something like a spasm in it when I move or walk around or bend over. That is what has been driving me crazy for a month now. It seems to be worse after I roller skate on Wednesday nights, then I suffer for a few days after. My sinus drain after skating really bad for some reason.... The music there is extremely loud also which might be causing the problem. Anyway, I'm just finishing with an over the counter wax removal kit and my doctor said to also try taking regular clariton, nothing with a D because that will cause a racy heart or heart palpatations. There is a chance I have water trapped behind something in my ear, can't remember what term she used now and I will be trying that starting today. I also have a tooth that bothers me from time to time, but my dentist insists it does not need a root canal, so I just take Tylenol when it acts up. It has a filling in it with a cap. So, see you are not the only one with these problems. Try to relax if you can and not worry so much. I only take Buspar for my anxiety, sometimes I wish I had some xanax.
