I'm a 21 year old male who has been running for the past few months to get into better shape. I've seen improvement but am looking to lose 10 lbs. I'm 6'2" 215 and very athletic. What kind of running or aerobic activities would help increase my results?

i dont know about you but i lost 15 pounds in about a month just by changing somethings in my diet and playin basketball everyday and since your running this shouldn't be a problem...i gave up on soda and eating after 7 oclock...i am no expert but it certainly worked and i feel alot better about myself because the 15 pounds really shows, or should i say doesn't show...good luck with whatever you do

Thanks a lot. Other than soda, what other things did you drop or reduce from your diet? Did you eat more of anything?

remember if you are running and going from a not so active lifestyle to a active one you are going to actually probably gain weight, not lose. You need to look at your inches and see how your clothes are feeling. A good balanced diet is what is good fruits are often forgotten in the wintertime and aren't eaten enough. Good proteins and easy on the carbs. Veggies etc. If you are a beer man then switch to a cocktail and that may help too.
and drink lots of H2O. :)

what this person said ^^^ is true but i lost 15 pounds just by eliminating some things, drinkin lots of water and just eating 2 or 3 balanced meals a day...if your like me you wont be too happy eating greens and fruit all day, but if you like them then thats your answer
