For the past couple of years, my sternum has been cracking. It would feel like it needed to snap, so I would try to crack it, by pulling my arms back. Now it has stopped clicking all the time, but there is often still pressure there. It hurts when I sneeze or do some exercises. (e.g. ab wheel, push ups, shoulder press.) I hate that it limits me from doing these exercises. What should I do about it? Should going to see a chiropractor be an option? If you would have any advice for me, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

Definitely see a doctor, if possible, one that has experience in sports medicine (if this is only occuring during workouts). If this is an all-the-time thing, any doctor should be able to give you a clearer idea of whats going on. If it is hurting enough to concern you, your body is definitely telling you something... take it easy in the mean time.
