hi ive been jogging for a couple of years and want to add some strength exercises that work a bunch of muscle groups at once... to keep it simple and quick.

the only one i can think of are push-ups , which i am told work your whole body

any one know of any others, that i can do at home ?

thanks

Pull-ups and dips are also pretty good. Of course they focus on specific muscle groups, but it hits several in one way or another. Another suggestion is various hand positions for pushups. Hands close works primarily arms, while hands wide works more chest. Feet together stresses the upper body, feet apart puts more stress on the abs. ...etc.
