since november '05 I've had really bad lower stomach cramps when i wake in the morning. once in awhile i will get it during the day but the majority of the time i will have just woken up and still laying in my bed when the stomach cramps happen. whats causing this? i have some lower back aches also but not bad

have you seen a doctor? It sounds gyno related...do you have other symptons?

i went to the gyno and it hurt where she was pushing so i had an ultra sound on my uterus and ovaries and everything was fine so i dont know the answer
