I'm not sure where to post this but I need help with this problem.

There doesn't seem to be much about this on the web, but it's basically a condition present from birth where the vaginal and urinary tract open into a common channel.

I'm pretty sure I have this. Obviously I need a doctor to check it out and I've made an appointment, but can anyone tell me any case stories or any information about its implications, etc?
